Over the last 30 years of the company's history, EUROMICRON® has collected a great deal of technical expertise in the field of the mechanical production of precision turned parts, bore holes and milling parts.
For example, turned parts with tolerances of 2 µm are produced individually and in series with a bore hole diameter of 0.128 mm and a cylindrical length of up to 1.5 mm, a concentricity tolerance of 2 µm and a maximum tolerance of 2 µm on the external diameter of the part.
Precision bore holes can be produced with a diameter of between 50 and 1200 µm in many standard dimensions and with minimum tolerances.
In series production we predominantly machine materials such as aluminium, brass, Arcap, stainless steel and nickel silver when turning diameters of up to 32 mm and milling dimensions up to 100 mm x 150 mm x 90 mm. Other dimension ranges and special designs as well as specific customer manufacturing may be processed upon request.
The production of the above parts is a challenge to our technicians, if you consider that we are on the edge of what is mechanically possible.
Some process parameters must be mastered, such as the machine change caused by temperature, the material change caused by the cutting heat, process-integrated measurement systems and systems for optical tool measurement.
